Four blocks from Brigham Young University, Days Inn Provo enjoys a position less than a mile from Cougar Stadium and the Marriott Center. The inn is two miles from Timpanogos Cave and University Mall, three miles from Towne Centre Mall, and 22 miles from Cascade Springs. The regional airport is approximately two miles away. For a recreational break, there is an outdoor pool on site with lounging area. The inn offers passes to a nearby health club. Every morning, guests can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast and there are restaurants within walking distance. The inn also offers ice/vending machines, 24-hour front desk, free parking, free local calls, business services, and same-day laundry/valet services. Pets are allowed at $5 per night. Each room has air-conditioning, AM/FM clock radio, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron, dataport phone, and cable television. Non-smoking and handicapped-accessible rooms are available.

Bad experience. Won't go back.

Stayed here 1 night during our 2 week Utah vacation. The TV didn't work in the first room we stayed in. This wasn't a big deal. There was a problem with the toilet in the room as well; first flush (no solids) and it starts to overflow, and I had to shut off the water to it. I went to the desk, but there was no maintenance person available and no plunger. They were kind enough to move us to another room of the same kind. I checked out the next day and payed the $55 for the room, but when I got my credit card statement they had charged us an extra $25. When I called to contest this charge they said it was for cleaning the first room, and they refused to remove this charge. The breakfast was below average; milk was warm and bread items were slightly stale. Maybe just bad luck for us, but I wouldn't stay here again.

office not accessible

I have stayed at this hotel many times because of it's location and cost. The last time I traveled alone and am wheelchair bound. I was unable to get into the office area to check-in or even eat breakfast because there was only a step. There was no ramp for me to get my wheelchair in. I am planning another trip alone and won't stay here for that reason. Office staff was friendly, but I needed it accessible.

a really Nice hotel

There is nothing outstanding about this hotel. But it has nice friendly service, clean rooms, and accessibility for those who have a lot to do with Brigham Young University. It is very convenient to all of the activiites one needs in that regard, and to dining and shopping.

Cheap and Clean

The hotel is old, but the rooms were clean. The rooms were reasonable. They had cable tv including HBO. It was close to a nice Italian resteraunt.
