Great location, value, fun!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/13/10
My company held a conference here. It is in a beautiful location first of all. How can you go wrong in Park City! The hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It is a little older hotel but it seemed to be very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull. I want to take my family there! It is extreamly close to about threee different resorts! It had a great resuraunt with wonderful halibut fish and chips. The bar on site was fun. They even have the "Geeks who Drink" program on Thursday nights!!! :)

Beware of your charges
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/15/08
GAIN by contacting my new friend (The manager at the Yarrow). Additionally, I left my skis in the Yarrow's secured? ski room one evening. The next day as I was skiing at Deer Valley I was encountering severe problems with my left ski. I discovered that someone had glued a metal cross shaped object to the bottom of my ski which caused the problems I was encountering. This could only have happened in the Yarrow's ski room. I brought this to the manager's attention and received an inadequate response. Another note is that trays of dirty dishes that would be put outside the room doors by by guests fooor removal would stay there for days. This was the worst treatment I ever received anywhere in the world. I would urge anyone who reads this to book a room elsewhere unless you enjoy the kind of treatment I just enumerated.

would stay again, however
By jazzdawg, 4/9/08
The best thing about the Yarrow is the location. My room was clean and the fridge was a plus since Albertsons is next door. Most of the front desk staff seemed just to be there for a paycheck. Don't expect to feel the love here..... but the price was right.

Go somewhere else in Park City
By Sharon, 1/28/08
O.K. It was Sundance, so one would expect higher prices. However...the hotel was not very clean and the dining experiences were a disaster. My worst complaint was the maid service...wiping glasses out with a dirty rag!!! Ugh!

Hell no!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/12/05
I don't know where the positive reviews came from but my experience is completely different. The positives are that The Yarrow is located near the ski shuttle and next to the Albertson Supermarket. But that is it! My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The pillow and mattress smelled of cigarettes to a point that I could not sleep. I ended up on the fold out bed for 3 nights. The refrigerator hummed all night. I unplugged it. The toilet flap was old so it leaked water. Every 20 minutes you can hear the tank filling up. I had to shut off the water valve so I can sleep. The bathroom floor is dirty. The blanket for the fold out bed had a hole in it. The front desk clerks were not very friendly or helpful. The food in the restaurant was barely edible. I would never ever stay at this hotel again. Wow! The worse ever!

Needs a remodel and better service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/10/05
The best things about the Yarrow are the easy access to the Park City bus lines and the relatively reasonable prices. Don't expect luxury, though. Our bed and pillows were rather uncomfortable and the furnishings are dated and show moderate to heavy wear. The place is really in need of a remodel. Rooms are average size. One convenience is an on-site ski/board shop that can wax/edge your equipment overnight for $25. I found the service to be below average due to the fact that our hot water was out for several hours and the staff didn't seem to be willing to do much to help. We'll probably stay somewhere else next time.

Fantastic Ski Vacation
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/22/05
Excellant service. Knowledgable and helpfull staff.Easy getting anywhere in PC from the Yarrow. Fantastic breakfast buffet or sitdown service before a great day of skiing. We have been staying at the Yarrow for seven years and service and upgrading of facilities improves every year. Great value.

The Yarrow is Awesome!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/25/05
We dealt with Rod and Allison on all of the details of our upcoming wedding. They not only were extremely helpful, but very nice!!!! They worked with our schedule on everything from the first meeting and the tour of the hotel to the room reservations and prices. I was very impressed!!!
