Knights Inn Cedar City, Cedar City

My stay at this location was a disaster to say the least. I was so incredibly glad to leave which is sad to say when you're taking a short vacation away from home with family. I only stayed here based on the close location to the local University. Their business practice was not in line with their welcome letter. They promised supeior service among other things. Well, they fell way short - I'm not sure they even tried! The front desk female was a horror to interact with. She was accusatory - she droned on and on about how many people were in our party ... you'll pay more for every extra person! Who is that?! Who are they?! We booked multiple rooms and paid for every person that was there! This same woman was impolite and unprofessional - glaring at us, short and quippy with her answers, NOT helpful. The hotel was disorganized and this same front desk receptionist, manager, whatever she was proved both confusing and rude to different members of our party when checking in. No one should have to be treated like this. This is one "memorable experience" I'd love to forget!
