Too expensive and not well maintained

The toilet and internet did not work in my room. The refrigerator was loud and made terrible noises. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. There were yellow stains on the ceiling above the bed, and there were some dents in the wall. The finish was peeling on the bathroom door. I arrived late at night, and the gentleman at the front desk was rather rude. The price was way to high for a Super 8. At over $87 with taxes, this hotel is definitely not worth it. Neighbors were loud. There was a child (maybe 3 years old) left alone crying in the hallway for quite some time. This place was also very difficult to find, and the parking spaces were tiny - looked like they would fit only compact cars - nothing bigger without problems.

Good hotel for a good price

We've stayed at this hotel three times in the last year and stay there because it is right across from BYU and it charges a good price. The rooms are clean, the staff are polite. I give them 5 stars because they are exactly what you should expect for the price.

We chose this hotel for pet-friendliness and the indoor pool. Enjoyed the pool immensely. Noticed some hall noises in the evening, but not enough to keep us up. Water temperature wasn't stable during one of our showers, but aside from that we were very satisfied with the room, cleanliness and price. Standard hotel continental breakfast.

Warning: Never stay here!!

We stayed the night at your hotel on our way to the Grand Canyon. There were teen-age kids running up and down the halls all night long. The guests in the rooms on either side of us had their TVs up LOUD all night long and it was impossible for us to get any sleep. Repeated phone calls to the lobby did not make a difference, as that did not stop the noises in the halls or in the other rooms. When we complained at check-out time the next morning, I was told that nothing could be done about it. Because every guest had as much right to be there as we did. Because of this, we will go elsewhere the next time we go on vacation! It's hard to imagine that your guests play so little importance in the bottom line!!

I stayed for about a week there. It was nice, clean, a good continental breakfast, and optional stuff on the tvs you could use that I didn't end up using cuz I was out all the time.
