Very Disappointed!

Hotel on the surface looks really nice but dont be fooled. VERY VERY SLOW elevators, if your up on the 12th floor like I was you will wait and wait and wait for the elevator. The Penthouse continental breakfast and happy hour is stingy, You only get 1 drink with the happy hour and the spread of food provided is meager. Staff is going through the paces, guest are looked upon as inconveniences, people who only get in their way. Internet access is a JOKE. Weekly internet connectivity in your room will run you approximately $50/ week. The cleaning crew will rearrange your desk, unplug your laptop adaptors and cell phone chargers, take your soap and shampoo out of the shower and rearrange all your toletries on the bath room counter they way THEY WANT THEM! Hilton needs to learn they are in the business to make their guest stay an inviting welcome experience. Until the cleaning crew starts paying for my hotel stays, they need to learn to keep their hands off my stuff and leave the room set up the way i have it and not fight me to put it back to the way THEY WANT IT! Way over priced and way too much aggrevation.
