La Quinta Inn El Paso Airport East, El Paso

We came into town late through terrible traffic to meet our reservation here. As we drove in the parking lot, we noticed what doesn't show in their hotel picture, a Foxy's nude club right next door. The room we were assigned was just below a crew of construction workers hanging over the balcony drinking beer. We asked for a different room and were given one out back that apparently had already been used. The sheets were pulled off the bed and the lights would not turn on. Needless to say we cancelled our reservation, fortunately at no cost to us (La Quinta's only saving grace) and bugged out. We ended up somewhere down the interstate at a tiny 15 room motor inn that felt so much safer. We contacted La Quinta's customer service online. We got a lame response from the location manager about correcting the clean up crew for not cleaning the second room we were given. That was it. Our second request to customer service garnered no response at all. So disappointing, especially since we planned on staying at other La Quinta hotels on this trip. Think twice before you stay here, unless you intend on visiting the nudie bar.

Night Club was open until 2 am, could not sleep until it closed was not happy for the money I paid to stay there. The breakfast was poor, the juice machine was broke and what little food they put out, guest children played in it.
