T Bar M Tennis Ranch & Conference Ctr, New Braunfels

Don't waste your money on this place, way over priced and the condos are not equipted for a family stay and are dirty with holes in the walls and food stuck on the walls also from previous people could of stayed on the river walk for less and had a more comfortable time with our family we will not ever stay here again nor will be recommend to anyone.. very out dated and not taken care of not to mention the food at the grill was horrible and no phone in condo to call front desk or out...

If you are looking for anything more than a camp, please do not waste your money on this place. You'd probably get a better value for your money at Motel 6

Nice room - very friendly staff. My little one loved the movie night on the projection screen. Peaceful, quiet and close to town. Only thing I will do different next time is book a room/condo with a full kitchen because food is kind of hard to come by. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in one of the villas recenlty and had a wonderful weekend, some of the villas we're resently updated. Ours had wood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. I would suggest if anyone has a big party or a couple of groups to look into the villas.

July 2008 my family stayed over night after reading raving reviews. I had two 6 year olds with me, so according to their website there should have been plenty to do: Movie under the stars Smores before you snore Rock Wall Baseball & Softball Sports center Swimming Bicycles Putting Green Horseshoes Washer Boards Board Games Star Gazing The rock wall is only open at night, out of a rack full of bikes 2 were not broken (as in had a seat). We went to the children's playground, the swings were two thin rusted metal strips for seats, promising a tetnus shot if the kids dared to sit. There were no fire or smores, the pool was dirty,there were no movies playing, or board games, etc... There were over filled trash cans all around the hotel, which the racoons took advantage of during the night. The room was clean, but not the nicely decorated room you see on the website, more the motel 6 style. To be fair, I went to the office and stood in line behind another complaining guest, same complaints by the way, and eventually spoke to the two teenage girls running the desk. Their answer to my list of disappointments,"I'm sorry you didn't have a good time. Bye." As they charged my card 170.00 for an overnight stay. No continental breakfast by the way, it's about 10.00 per person.

Had heard good things from some relatives about the T Bar M. Checked in, people were friendly. They didn't explain the details about the "resort". We felt like second class citizens as hotel guests. The first class patrons seem to be campers and groups for conferences. We went to the complimentary continental breakfast, we were told that "this isn't your breakfast, yours is over there". They separated the conference diners from the hotel diners. Thank goodness Fox's Pizza will deliver to your room. My husband and I ordered a bottle of red wine from room service. They sent the bottle in a cute galvenized bucket with a red checkered cloth napkin (nice touch), but sent disposable champagne flutes. Went to the pool, and the towels in the basket were completely soaked. It had rained earlier, but no dry towels for hotel guests. Went to the indoor gym desk, and asked about details about the ammenities, the front desk clerk seemed irritated with our questions. Breakfast wrapped up at least 30 minutes before the posted 9:30AM ending time - late arrivers had to scour the food cart for plastic tableware and cereal boxes. All in all, this is not a "resort" nor a hotel that seems to care much about its regular guests. On the plus side, the T Bar M is relatively close to Schlitterbahn and other New Braunfels attractions.

My wife and I stayed in a Sunday House for our anniversary weekend this April. The cabin was very nice and quiet. The service personnel were extremely helpful. We were involved in an auto accident that Saturday and the Resort staff took great care of us as we were somewhat stranded there without a vehicle for a time. We intend to go back as soon as possible. I only wish that they could have made me a better golfer...

We love the T Bar M. I came with my family when I was in High School and had a great time. Last Spring Break, I was looking for a getaway for my own family and stumbled upon the ranches website. After 20 years, it has only gotten better. The grounds are georgess. The rooms in the Guadalupe Inn are not fancy, but they are clean and comfortable. My children, ages 2,4, and 9 absolutely loved it. There was so much to do onsite that we left only to eat. The playgrounds were fun and there were trails to roam and things to explore. My oldest son is a tennis player and enjoyed the tennis courts. When it rained, we played in the gym and indoor tennis center and never missed a beat. We are going back again this Spring Break.

WE CAME DOWN IN JULY 06 FOR OUR SONS BIRTHDAY,WE ALL SHARED A CONDO (4 COUPLES)IT WAS BEAUTIFUL.VERY SPACIOUS.LOVED THE GROUNDS.WE CAME BACK AND TOLD THE FAMILY ABOUT THE PLACE AND WE ARE GOING TO HAVE OUR FAMILY REUNION THERE IN JUNE OF 07.

We have always stayed at well known hotel chains when we visit New Braunfels for our summer family vacation. This year we took a chance with the T Bar M Resort. They made this past vacation one of our best. And the rates were competitive with the other hotels. My family and I agree we will never stay anywhere else when we visit the New Braunfels area. The hotel had activities for the whole family from the three swimming pools to the indoor sports facility and an entirely beautiful property - all included in your stay! We recommend this resort to anyone interested in visiting New Braunfels!
