Terrible service

We stayed here one weekend and really had no problems. Then the following weekend, the service was really really bad. We had a problem checking in, the desk clerk didn't want to honor the on-line booking rate, then we had a problem trying to credit my credit card and recharge it at the lower guaranteed rate. The previous weekend, at check-out we had reported that the hot water wasn't working in our room. The second weekend, we got the same room and the same problem NO HOT WATER. We reported it as soon as we arrived and thought they would have it fixed. Went to dinner, and still no hot water upon our return. Different desk clerk, who was EXTREMELY rude. Acted as if she could care less about the problems. Merely kept stating the boiler was on, the repairman never came to our room. The desk clerk also stated since we had been in the room for 5 hrs she could only refund half of our money. Never offered another room, just kept stating that the bolier was on and other rooms had not water. After letting the water run for 9 mins, the water became lukewarm. We will not be staying at this hotel again, due to poor service. The room was nice though. So if you want a cheap nice room with lousy service, let me suggest this motel.
