Dreadful Experience
By Rhonda, 5/8/11
Brought my family there for Mother's Day brunch. The food was adequate but the service was deplorable. We had to request everything! May we have more water, coffee etc...The wait staff would stand next to our table and not clear a single plate without being asked. We had to beg for everything. From the moment you walk in the foyer the resort looked dated and sloppy.

Wonderful!
By Ouck, 3/1/07
Loved this place. Visited more than a half dozen times. I always enjoy a nice long bath and a good clean robe. You could count on this destination for both. Most of my time here was spent in meeting rooms... but food and service was always impecable. Highly recommend!

Best weekend ever
By Chris, 9/6/06
After checking in the pool attendants set out our towels on chairs for us and brought us drinks and frozen fruit. Room was very nice and spacious. In room stereo and small CD collection were a nice touch. The bed and sheets were heaven. We pulled the sheets off so we could find the name of the mattress and sheets to buy later. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely the best service and meal we have ever had -- we cut every bite so small and slowly savored each morsel. Spa service (couples massage) was very relaxing the next morning. Weekend brunch was very nice and once again our tastebuds were in heaven. This was an awesome experience. It certainly wasn't cheap but we decided that we would be willing to drive out again just for a nice meal from time to time.

Need a vacation?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/26/05
The Four Seasons is the perfect getaway. And you don't even have to be a golfer! My wife and I have spent several special occasion weekends here even though we only live thirty minutes away. The winding pool area and tropical atmosphere will take you to paradise. Add a few hours in the spa and end the day with a four star meal. The perfect vacation!

We loved it!
By Kristi, 9/26/05
The Four Seasons is amazing. We have stayed there on numerous occassions as a romantic getaway and never walk away disappointed. Instead, we leave feeling refreshed and as if we have been to a resort somewhere far away rather that right in our own hometown. The pool is gorgeous and enormous. Even still, sometimes it gets overcrowded, but all in all I highly recommend this hotel. The villas that look out onto the pool and hot tub are our favorite!

Civilized, but not pampered
By Andrew Watterson, 5/10/05
Very nice property. Classic Four Seasons. However, when I tried to get reservations for Sunday Brunch, the concierge told me it was full and couldn't help me find a restaurant somewhere else.

Excellent Service!
By Natalie Ugarte, 9/8/04
All employees at the Four Seasons pay special attention to detail and the needs of their clients at this hotel. My husband and I stayed at the resort for our anniversary. We were addressed by first and last name by everyone in the hotel and spa. This made the visit very personal. Because it was our anniversary they treated us to chocolates and flowers, not included in the spa package we purchased. I highly recommend it and will visit again.
