Nice lobby, Good Service, Stupid Fees

The pictures online make it seem that the hotel sits on a huge lake... It's basically a small pond around a section of the hotel. During our stay, the pond had a decent amount of floating debris and a slick of some sort on top of the water near the check in counter. Our room with a view was useless because the humidity in the hotel kept the windows dripping with moisture during our entire stay. Overall, the stay was ok, but next time I will definitely stay at a higher end hotel. The Omni tried to charge us almost 50 dollars for using a tiny fridge for our 2 day stay. I had a cooler with us and had planned on using ice to keep our child's milk cold. When I asked about fridge (no they don't have one in the room!), I was told sure they would send one right up. They didn't mention any charges until I received my bill. Almost everything was an additional fee. No breakfast, 5.00 water, etc, you name it, there is a fee. When I complained about the non-disclosed fee for the fridge, they dropped 1 day of charges, but the lady at the front desk refused to clear the entire cost for the fridge. Not a good way to keep customers. Nickel and dime for sure! Lobby is very nice, but rooms are small and lacking in amenities. Not as upscale as they pretend to be.
