lousy service

I stayed in this place for 1 month. after two weeks my laundry got lost. It took me several days that the staff at the front desk called the laundry service because there were always other people working and nobody told the other one about the loss. After two weeks there was still no result nor reimbursement. I wrote several emails beeing back in Germany to the general manager of this hotel. After several emails she was willing to reimburse me, but she didn't want to reimburse the real value of the clothes but just a value she made up. Since then she didn't answer any mails and I didn't receive any reimbursement yet. That's what I call a lousy service!
And by the way, the air condidtioning is really loud and the pool was dirty.
