Express Inn and Suites, Palestine

I don't understand these other reviews! My husband and I visit Palestine regularly and we have never had a bad experience with this place! There is nothing wrong with staying here. The people were NICE, the place was QUIET, and the room was CLEAN.

They lied to me about my family and wouldn't ring the room. I need help. Please someone help me.

Stayed here a month ago with my two kids and I was really afraid for our wellbeing. There is a nightclub at the front of the property and I strongly recommend you stay away from this hotel on a Friday or Saturday night because the partying at the night club spills over to the pool and hotel area. We called the police several times but the party goers were experts on sneaking into their room and turning out the lights until the police left. Talking to the front desk person, this seems to be a pretty regular event with the palestine local kids. The rooms smelt bad and the knobs on the air conditioner were missing (thank goodness I had a pair of pliers in my vehicle). The Holiday Inn Suites next door looked about 5 times nicer than this hotel.
