Hilton Arlington Hotel, Arlington

I had a problem with the billing process and they wound up place large holds on two different credit cards. I tried to resolve the problem locally and James Shandor and Gary Espree were rude, arrogant, and truculent. I will never stay at this property again, I will tell 10 people not to do the same, and I will blog this hotel right into oblivion.

Will is very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came down to complain about the a/c not working in my room he laugh at me... and said i am sorry and that is it... how ever Danny the Bellmen.Driver was Great awsome service... thanks Danny

The hotel experience was as near perfect as one can have at a hotel. The rooms were nice although the bathrooms were a little small. We had a view of the pool which changes colors at night from dark blue to purple to green to red. Very beautiful and the kids had a enormously wonderful time swimming in the indoor pool and the color changing lighted outside one. The indoor poool and the outoor pool are connected and there is also a jacuzzi next to the indoor pool. Next door is the restaurant Boston's which is a very good place. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place and it is located a brief stroll away next door. Also a good place for Cowboys fans, there is a lot of cool memorbilia and pictures on the walls. The bar in the lobby is next to none. The bartenders were great and they even had Stellla Artois on tap for the beer connesiour. The night I went, the place was really jumping and all the patrons were really nice people. It is true that the rooms at least the standard room I got for $200 did not have a fridge or microwave, however; that is the style of hotel that The Hilton, is so you have to go in knowing that before you stay there. The bed is the main part, the most restfull bed I have ever stayed in for a long time. I highly recommend this hotel for the bed alone. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant the next day was top quality; worth the price..

This hotel is a great place to stay. My boyfriend and I along with some other friends had a really nice stay at this Hillton. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and eager to make our stay pleasant. They even have a nice restaurant,bar and weight room.

After an exhausting day at six flags, the hotel was a welcomed site. The room and bathroom were extremly clean. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I just couldn't get over how great it felt. It will be my first choice if I am in the area again. Thanks for a great birthday!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our 1st wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful, the room was nice and clean the bed was so comfortable. We will definitly stay there again!

Entering this hotel was average. I couldn't believe that I had spent $300.00 for a weekend and received 59.99 amendities. What hotel you know that doesn't have a refrigerator nor a microwave inside of this exspensive room. I was totally upset when I brought my food back to my room and couldn't warm it later on that evening. As for the location, it is great for shopping and amusement. I will not return to this hotel, this experience have me making sure that the next hotel have at least a microwave and a refrigerator. Last but not least, they were doing contruction to the hotel in the early morning.

I absolutly loved the bed and everything was VERY clean. I have stayed in Arlington/Dallas many times at different places and I will go back to this hotel for my next stay! Conventient for everything even the Texas Motor Speedway!

My husband and I stayed here for a little mini vacation and I absolutely loved this hotel. Conveniently located, nice staff, smooth check in, everything was very nice. The room and restroom were very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever. We had the best view of Six Flags and the baseball park, very beautiful. The worst thing I experienced here at this hotel was having some difficulty getting to sleep because I could hear kids and teenagers running up and down the halls and the trolley service that was running thirty minutes behind and my husband and I missed the very beginning of the Rangers baseball game. Other then that I had a wonderful mini vacation with my hubby! I would most definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent service. Hotel staff very professional, VERY helful and friendly. Room service was prompt and food was well prepared and delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable.
