The worst experience you can have
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/18/07
when we got there the man at the front desk didn't speak much English.. hence the name AMERICA'S best value.. We get the the room and it looks dirty.. take off our shoes and our socks get very dark very soon. The remote doesn't work. I call the front desk and he has my husband come down and exhange it for another one that doen'st work. We do that 3 time and still not working remote. I call him and he starts to scream at me that he's had 140 remotes stolen from his hotel!! I didn't steal it I just wanted one that works! he sends his son up who looks frightened like he doen'st know what to expect.. he gets one to work finally. Ok the "breakfast" is coffee NO decaf.. and very very little else. We planned on a 5 day stay there and checked out after one night. NOTHING was right about this place. NOTHING. Hi Speed internet had a hard time connecting too.. And last but not least we had a vistor in the room.. a SLUG.. or snail or whatever creeping thing I had my husband remove going slowly up the wall. dirty NOT friendly and I would call it America's WORST value..

Horrid

This hotel, though it looks good from the outside, is a horrible place and not worth the $39. During my brief stay, there were mattresses piled in the hallway. The hallway smelled of stale food and, possibly, urine. The room had an odor of musk and there was some stale food under the bed. A stain on the sheets was disgusting. I would have used a towel , but there were none and the attendant, though friendly, could not provide me with anymore clean towels. Oh, and the towels that were available in the room were moist, smelled like hamburger grease and had a couple, very noticeable, long black hairs attached. I think it speaks for itself and I know I will not be back. I hope others take the hint and that the people who own this place will remodel or demolish it soon
