La Quinta Inn Nashville South, Nashville

The location is good but the room was dirty and I saw a bug in the bathroom and a spider on the bed. This place needs to be renovated. Find another location.

We had made reservations for two rooms for two nights. After traveling all day with my family we had arrived to the La Quinta only to find out that our reservations didn't mean anything. The hotel was "Full" according to the desk clerk. My wife had came back out of the hotel to the car to give us the news of no room. She had gone back into the hotel to ask the desk clerk if she knew of any other hotels in the area that may have room. While in there the desk clerk had rented a room to a gentleman. My wife had asked why did he get a room when only minutes ago there were no rooms. The reply was that he had gotten a smoking room. We were not even given this option. As she was discussing the situation, the phone rang and then proceeded to ignore my wife. The desk clerk did not offer to call any other la quintas, however, she did offer to give us some phone numbers so that we could call. No manager could be found. We had stayed at La Quintas on several occasions and always enjoyed staying with them experiencing great customer service until now. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!! I will not and do not recommend staying at this la quinta.

Well if you like your sleep stay away from this place. There is a train yard right across the street and all you can hear is the train brakes as they put the cars together. I was going to stay two nights, but I'm out of here.

When I got to my room, the air was cranked on high. It got so cold in my room, I turned it down, then realized there was a rail yard across the street with the worst noise possible! It kept me up all night. I had to turn the air back up to drown out the noise from the street. I thought the rooms were a bit dreary and shabby. I didn't find any dirt, but I expected to, it was just a dingy room. However, the staff was kind and there was a Cracker Barrel next door. I had breakfast there the next morning (Sunday) and it was ice cold. I asked my waiter to take it back and then left. All in all, not a good experience. I will stay somewhere else next time.

My wife and I checked with the front desk with prompt service at 5:30 pm. However, once we went to the assigned room, house keepers were still cleaning the room. They told me that it would take 5 more minutes to finish the job! There was dirty water in the bathroom tub. So wife and I decided to take a little walk around the property. At this point we do not wanted to fuss about it. I went out to look for ice machine but two of machines was not working. There was a ice box in front of my room near by stair case with no ice. The biggest upset was in the night. Once we came back from tour of downtown of Nashville, we realized that we were right next to a piano factory. There was annoying high pitch of noise all night long.

We love the Spanish design so we picked this motel. The breakfast was good, the rooms O.K. but the bath room had mildew and smell bad. A little noise from trains and traffic -did not bother us too bad. Pool was terrible-had not been cleaned.

we had reservation, but when we got to the hotel they said our rooms were not ready so we had ab eight hour wait. we when to the opryland and stayed for four hour and got back to the hotel at 3:25p.m. and still only one of our four rooms were ready. the attendant that was at the desk was very rude and nasty; she acted as if it was our fallut that the rooms were not ready. no one tried to resolve this matter. eventually we got all our rooms at exactly at 5:00p.m. after we had a wait from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. NOW YOU THE MATH MAYBE YOUR EXPERIENCE AT LA QUINTA INN WILL BE A MORE PLEASANT STAY
