So much for Southern Hospitality...

We had a friend come down from Texas, who stayed with this hotel for 3 nights. Our first gripe is on day 1, where the clerk was rude & didn't even tell us where his room was located at. Then, we find out that the toilet leaked & the hair dryer didn't work, & to top it off, the maids & the maintenance workers couldn't hardly speak a word of English. And on the last day, we asked if he could stay 'til 12:00 PM (check out time is 11:00 AM, by the way), & they said it would cost 50% of the room price to stay for an extra hour. And finally, the bagel he had for breakfast that last day was moldy.
