Breakfast was horrible or lack of it.

We stayed 3 nights. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Bath tub tiles were moldy. The biggest complaint was the free breakfast in the mornings. Every single morning they were totally out of everything. Nothing... We even went at different times each morning. They dont have fresh fruit or yogurt to begin with, just hot stuff and they ran out every time we went down. We waited after telling them there wasnt any food and 15 minutes later no food. They were even out of coffee and juice. We had to go out for breakfast our entire stay...

WHAT A LIE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Its Feb 2, 2010. I wanted to get out of town for my fiancee's birthday. So Im looking online for a nice room with a hotub and we can smoke in it. Well let's just say that the hour drive wasnt worth it. This place needs to be cleaned and brought up to date. The website is very misleading. What a waste of money!!!! The only thing good so far is the bar drinks!!! Can't go wrong with Goose and Juice!!!

Very Nice, Staff Very Friendly

Stayed here with school group on trip. Room very clean. Beds neat and sheets, pillows all nice. Bathroom very neat and clean. Bathroom bigger than most. Breakfast was good and free. The staff were very nice and helpful. Could not have asked for better stay. Talked to other parents and did not hear any bad comments.

very nasty, I think the mold had been cut out of the carpeting in the room, the a/c was blowing but the room was very humid. The place was just nasty. Employees were very nice though.

Great place, great service & friendly staff. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I called on the phone, got prices & she was friendly. The breaskfast was great. We stayed their for 2 nights & had 3 rooms.

Not bad at all

The service was good. Food better than average. Stayed there 3 tmes now. Just make sure you get a room facing the parking lot rather than the pool. They have a tendency to book lots of school events and the kids are in the pool til all hours no matter the rule says it closes at 10. The noise has a echo that wont stop.

My experience at Best Western

We got to our Hotel room, Saturday August 21, at 8pm didn't really get a chance to look around. We had dinner reservations. When we got back we noticed that the place had not been cleaned very well, the bath tub was really dirty. There was pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The tollet paper had stains on it from guess what? The sink just got stocked with things and didn't get wiped down. There was a dirty towel on the bath room floor. The sheets had stains on them. We complained and no one did a thing, the guy at the desk just handed me our check out papers and that was it. I offered to go back to the room with them to show them what was going on, they just looked at me like I was crazy. He and the lady could have cared less,to what I even said to them. I will never stay at this hotel again.. NEVER
