BEST WESTERN Lee's Motor Inn, Chamberlain

This was a horrible experience. Came to town on business--meeting a colleague at the hotel for business. Well, the internet service (which isn't high speed) wouldn't work. This was the whole reason I got a room. When I pulled back the sheets--there were 2 dead bugs in the bed and there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. I tried to cancel the room and they said I still would be charged half price!!!!! I can't believe it!! Paid $74 and drove 2 hours for a room that smelled like dirty feet and no internet and I was told it is not there problem by the jerk at the desk!!!
