Most disorganized reservations process EVER

Nicole (Manager) can't return a phone call, make a reservation, or even recall a conversation that took place two days prior. I had to call three separate times just to get her to make time for me to book some rooms for a wedding party. She never put the reservation in the system, and couldn't even remember who I was. She clearly has no managerial skills, and was completely rude when I explained to her the conversation that took place between us.
Manager should be fired! Would have stayed there in June, but it's the last place I'll ever go now.
