We will Never go back

There was a very rude manager on duty by the name of Vivian Davis, the rooms were not clean. She refused to honor a traveler's coupon. The pool was down as it usually is from my understanding. As we were trying to get our money back we overheard her speaking to employee's as if they were slaves.

HAIR IN SHOWER

CHECK THE SHOWERS WHEN YOU CHECK IN. WHEN I WALKED INTO THE BATHROOM THE FIRST THING I SAW WAS HAIR ON THE SHOWER WALL AND LEFT OVER SOAP SCUM - NASTY. WHEN I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK TO CHANGE ROOM, THE MAN BEHIND THE DESK ACTED LIKE I WAS LYING AND CALLED SOMEONE ONE THE WALKIE TALKIE TO GO CHECK. THE NEXT ROOM WAS ALMOST AS BAD - NO HAIR ON THE SHOWER WALL, BUT STILL I WOULDNT GO BACK.
