Quality Suites, Pittsburgh

The great part about my stay was how close it was to Downtown Pittsburgh. They also do a free shuttle service to North Shore, Station Sq, Downtown, and the Airport, which was very helpful. the only thing is the prices can be a bit high, but they have discount rates like AAA and Govt (which is what i got) and that brought the rate down alot.

Saw neither hide nor hair of any housekeeping staff. Some of the staff at the desk were quite friendly, one was a bit of an irritable person however. The room was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Wasn't thrilled about the dirty windows and water tank that kept running out. In my opinion way overpriced for what it offers.

I read online reviews and expected a remodeled hotel. This is a 1980's vintage extended stay hotel and is showing its age. The fan and toilet in the bathroom are noisy, the furniture is badly worn, the carpeting is at the end of its life. The shower enclosure is coming apart and the floor looks to be questionable. Noise from the unit upstairs was constant. It was comfortable, but I'll stay elsewhere next time, thank you.

This suite hotel is a hidden gem of pittsburgh. My family and I visited to watch Crosby play.. We came down from Canada and this hotel offered much more than we expected. The rooms were very large with a full kitchen. The staff is excellent and we cannot wait to return. GO QUALITY SUITES PITTSBURGH!

a group of us went over on a wider horizons course.i found the staff very friendly.the breakfast wasnt what i wa sused to but i soon got used to it.the rooms were very clean.it was just a short drive foron the centre of the city.

I have been going to Hawthorne Suites in Greentree, Pa for years, it's GREAT!! I love the spacious room, the fireplace and especially the loft, which is why my daughter has a sleep over birthday party there every year (couldn't this year due to being booked for the All-Star Game) - they swim all day and night and then in the morning before we go. My younger kids love the basketball court and there is a grill and picnic bench , so we always cook out. Definitely worth the price, which is another reason to go. The only problem I have ever had, was when my daughter and her friends go to breakfast the next morning, because it is usually on a weekday and there are a lot of business people there, so the women there are usually rude and give them looks because they are teenagers, but, hey, they paid for their room and deserve breakfast. Great hotel, lots of places to eat and small mall nearby.

they moved us into a room that they knew had a broken air conditioner. Hair in the bathtub, chips and cereal behind fold-up bed. Smells stale.

Service was great.. staff very friendly.. love the spacious rooms. The hotel staff was ready to answer any of my questions. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I had an Awesome time and the transportation was key from the hotel to the airport. Can't wait to visit again. Shawna
