Fix the heat!

The hotel's location is great -- it's right next to the University of Pennsylvania, within easy walking distance of Drexel U., 30th Street Station, restaurants, &c. The room was nice. But the heating/AC unit was flaky, which was a problem because I was there for a bitter night in January. The unit would come on, heat the room, shut off, then come on again -- but this time with its fan blowing chilly air into the room till the temperature reached about 40. I had to turn it off. I've stayed there before, last summer, and had the same kind of problems with the air conditioning.
