Never Again!

Motel itself wasn't too bad but the manager and front desk clerks are the rudest, and most unprofessional bunch I have ever experienced. My family and I visit Lancaster 4-5 times a year and we had been warned about the staff at this motel, but this was a last minute trip and our usual places were booked. Upon arriving at 2:45pm, I attempted to registar at the front desk. The manager coldly said "check-in is at 3:00pm" without even looking up from the magazine she was reading. She then walked away as I was trying to ask her a question about the restaurant in the lobby. I came back 15 minutes later and as I walked in, the manager pointed at me and whispered something to another female clerk. The clerk told me our room wasn't ready and when I asked her when it would be ready, she simply said " I don't know" and began talking to a young man standing at the counter about what they were doing later. When I asked for my deposit back, the clerk went into a back room and spoke to the manger and suddenly our room was then ready. If not for the fact that we had just driven three hours and had three small children waiting in the car, we would have left and found another hotel. We will never stay at this motel again.
