Howard Johnson Express, Oklahoma City

I stay at a lot of hotels. This is one of the better hotels. For the rate I paid it's one of the best. You have to pay twice as much for the room and breakfast Howard Johnson provides. I would recommend Howard Johnson to anyone. Their pillowtop beds are wonderful plus fridge and microwave. Great experience.

Howard Johnson is one of the best places I stayed at. It's the best value in town. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is awesome and front desk staff is friendly.

First of all our lights on one side of the room would not work. We were unable to complain to the office because the phone did not work. I got past that. The next day we went sight seeing and got back at 11:30 p.m. ran to the room arguing over who would hit the showers first and surprise! No One would. Our cleaner left the room with no towels, no sheets or blankets, no toiletries, and alot of dissappointment. I was traveling w/ a 16 yr. old niece, and 2 young boys. When I walked to the office (Oh, I didn't tell you that I am handicapped and had to walk from the back of the hotel to the front). the manager on duty said the blankets and towels were locked up and he had no key! I got no apology and no discount. The experience ruined all Howard Johnsons for me.

I read these other coment after my stay and I am glad I did my stay was one of the best in the city. The price could not be better for all that you get I have stayed with higher end Hotel and got a much better value here the rooms were the same size, we get an amazing breakfast and staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay agin and tell all my co-workers that go into Oklahoma City.

This hotel is old and in serious need of renovation. The pillows were flat. The matresses, that were supposedly pillow-top matresses, were extremely uncomfortable. The trash cans in our room had never been emptied from the last guest and there were dead bugs in the corner. The location is fairly convenient, but I would not stay here again.

The place was not very clean. The equipment was broken. The food was bad. Everything about the place was awful. I would never stay in this motel or any other motel by this company.

It was dirty, had beds in the halls from other rooms i guess. The rooms were very dark, and the doors didn't seem to shut very well. Location was good, but other than that it wasn't all that great. Don't plan on staying their again, I will pay a little extra and stay some where else next time.
