BAD customer service

I recently booked a trip to Elk City, but had to cancel the week before I went. Due to a glitch in the system, the hotel didn't' get the cancellation notice, even though I had the cancellation confirmation. They charged me a no-show fee, and have flatly refused to credit it back, even though I did everything within my power to cancel the reservation. I would not recommend. The people were impossible to get in touch with, and I still haven't received a call from a manager even though I left multiple messages. It has been a nightmare, and after dealing with it, I will never be booking with this hotel again!

A nice place for a night or two

It is an older hotel, that has meny new updates. it is a nice place to stay for a nite or two. Pool was nice, the morning breakfast was also nice.
