Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel, Cleveland

I gotta say this hotel really was great! P.S. if you use SweetHotelDeals. Net for booking this hotel they usually have some pretty good hotel deals at this time of the year!

In our travels we decided to stay over in a hotel in Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Zoo. Both my wife and I travel for work and are members of all of the Hotel Brand Point Clubs such as Marriott, Priority Club and Starwood so when we stay we look for brand hotels. We were very pleased to see some brand options convenient to the highway including the Sheraton Cleveland Airport. We decided to stay at the Sheraton Hotel because of the wonderful reviews online and the convenient location. This hotel is fabulous and is coming out of a renovation so I can only imagine in the next week (when it opens completely) how great it will be. The staff was accommodating, friendly and treated me like a person – not as a $ sign coming thru the hotel dragging his family behind. Our family was driving and it was convenient, can only imagine how great the location is for someone flying into town. I know my wife and I will stay here if our business (or leisure) travels takes us to Cleveland. Pros: FREE PARKING, RTA Train access into downtown (can avoid the stiff parking fees in downtown that way), affordable accommodations, affordable and tasty food options, newly renovated, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, friendly staff

The beds were so comfortable. You always worry going away about having a comfortable nights sleep. I do believe the 2 nights spent at this hotel were better than home.

Very comforatable and queit rooms. The hardest part was rolling of out bed to catch my flight.

service was nice everything was on point nothing out of line the room was comfortable was able to settle right in after a long drive i think that was one of my best well rested night sleep (the personal alarm clock shoul be better)but other then that it was o.k. i'll go back but with my own alarm clock.the lacation was nice very clean and i felt safe this hotel should be rateing in at a almost 5 point star

We have stayed at the Sheraton several times and have been pleased. However when we stayed there last weekend with our 8 year old granddaughter we were disappointed that the pool was so cold both days that we could not swim. She had been excited to be able to swim in January. We will be going back in March with 4 grandchildren ages 1 - 8 and hope to be able to swim with them then. Otherwise no problems ever with this hotel.
