They call this a hotel?

Our softball team booked this location. I coach 11 year old girls and one thing we like is a pool to keep them entertained after they are done with games. I booked with Rajesh, the manager back in February asked if the outdoor pool would be open Memorial Weekend and he assured me it would be. The whole entire reason we booked here was for the outdoor pool because I hate having to watch kids in an indoor pool that is heated like a sauna, especially when it is hot outside!
At any rate, our Friday game was cancelled due to the rain the day before so we tried to cancel our reservation but they would not let us. I decided not to fight it as we figured it would be fun for the kids to play and go swimming together while the adults played cards so we went on Friday anyway. First thing when we get there Raj tells us the pool is closed due to the health department! I was furious and all he would do is apologize but refused to cut us a break on our room price or do any kind of comp to make up for it. He even admitted remembering our conversation and knew the pool was the whole entire reason we booked at that hotel! We were stuck because all the other hotels were booked so instead of at least having a indoor pool, our kids had nothing.
So, while I'm at it, this hotel does have a restaurant. I never should have gone there as I am sure Gordan Ramsey would have a field day. Service was terrible and the food was not very good or fresh. Breakfast was continental only, no ordering.
The rooms had the tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen in a supposed hotel. Beds were rock hard so don't count on getting a good night's sleep.
