Comfort Inn Lima, Lima

Staff was very helpful. Clean. Good breakfast. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Will stay there again if we are in Lima.

This place must have been remodeled recently (our stay: 6/21/09) because it is fresh, clean and inviting. Our room was bright and scrupulously clean, with free wireless, microwave, mini-fridge, etc. Breakfast offers fresh fruit and hard-cooked eggs along with the usual donuts, toast, Belgian waffles & dry cereal, so is a cut above most motels in this category. Manager was on-site, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Location is also convenient, only a couple hundred yards off exit 127 on I-75.

We booked a jacuzzi room for our anniversary and were very dissappointed in the hotel. The first room they sent us to did not have the heat turned on and did not look as if it had been swept or cleaned well. The next room had hair on the pillows and sheets and when we talked to the manager he said that the jacuzzi in that room didn't work. We settled for the third room which was still not very clean but at least the bed seemed clean. After the manager left we found that the remote didn't work but were too fed up to call down and complain again. No discount was given to us and although we had planned to stay another night we switched to another hotel. They are in the middle of remodeling which accounts for some of the confussion and dustiness but it was unreasonably dirty.

We arrived in Lima Ohio after a non stop drive from Connecticut. We were there a little too early for the 3:00pm check in but they had no problem letting us check in early!! (Three hours to be exact) The woman at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. We had two rooms, a suite and a regular room which both were outstanding and very clean. I was actually expecting it to be a little "skeevy" but I was surprised. If you stay at this hotel you have to eat at the Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant which is authentic Mexican food and is located right in the hotel. I would drive from Connecticut to Lima Ohio just to eat at this place. Anyways, the one thing that I thought needed some work was the pool which was cement and needed a good coat of pool paint. My kids had a great time swimming anyways.

This place is a total dump !!! Room was dirty. Place looks like it has not been cleaned for 25 years and the hallways are 100 degrees.
