Could easily get a 5 star rating.
By Chris, 01/02/09
The hotel is very clean and easily accessible. I really enjoyed the indoor pool and the fitness area. They advertised a hot tub, which they did have but the jets were not working. It is one of the larges hot tubs I have ever seen. Another drawback is that the pool area closed at 10 instead of 11 like most hotels. The breakfast area is nice and spacious. I cannot comment on the breakfast, however, because it ended at 9 instead of 10 like most hotels. When my family is on vacation the kids usually sleep later than 9 and we did not get in until later that evening. The hotel also advertises free Wi-Fi which it does have. The problem is that the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is so weak the internet does not work half the time. The room did have nice amenities such as a work desk, recliner, mini-fridge, and microwave. I stay in hotels about 15 times per year between work and leisure. This hotel could easily be a great hotel if the things they advertised worked properly and their times for amenities were varied a little.

Very nice hotel.
By Carol S, 06/14/08
The hotel was very clean and up-to-date. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk clerk answered all of our questions about local attractions and gave us written directions, which we appreciated highly. The mattresses were probably the most comfortable that I've ever slept on in a hotel. A great night's sleep, with the exception of the constantly running toilet all night (I never complained about it so it was my own fault) and the noise from I-75. Both of these things were only noticable to me when the air conditioner kicked off, so it wasn't a constant problem. The kids couldn't wait to jump into the pool, which was good sized and had a nice surrounding area. We headed down right after checking in. Only problem was that the "heated" pool was freezing...literally like jumping into a bowl of ice. Went to the front desk and was told that it would take a while to heat up because it was just filled with fresh water. Two days later....still freezing. Kids swam but WAY too cold for adults. Ok, into the hot tub. NOT!!!! This thing was so hot, it burned your skin. Maintenance man came in several times to adjust it in the 3 days that we were there, but it never cooled off. Complaining to front desk about pool and hot tub got us (and the other guests that also complained) nowhere. Shame because the pool area is the main reason that we picked this hotel. Besides the pool/hot tub issues, the place was very nice. The free continental breakfast was out of this world! We really enjoyed the belgium waffles, eggs, sausage and bagels along with the pastries. Best free breakfast we have experienced. All in all, I would definately reccomend this location.

Perfect beginning to my Vacation!!!
By Amy, 08/02/07
I chose the La Quinta Inn & Suites Sharonville after scouring Yahoo! Travel trying to find the best deal for myself and the 4 other people with me. I got a great great deal. I reserved a 2 bedroom suite w/ double beds, a pull out sofa bed, enough room to sleep 6 for 2 nights @ $98 p/night p/tax. The hotel was fabulous. We got there, the room was ready and waiting for us. It had very plush towels and washclothes. Even the sheets and pillow cases were pristine and pressed. The pool/hot tub in the hotel was fabulous. It was nice and big and not crowded even w/ 15 - 20 other people in it. There is a little patio off the pool area where you can go outside and smoke and enjoy the day/night. The workout facilities were right off of the pool with even a play area for children!!!! The continental breakfast was anything but fabulous. They have a make your own waffle station - I personally have never seen anything like htat in a continental breakfast before. There was also, eggs, sausage, gravy & biscuits, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, hot coffee and three different kinds of juice. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of information in the room. There was no info packet/binder telling about local resturants, you had to go to the front desk and get a map and any other info you needed. Overall, the hotel was fabulous and I'll definately stay there again. I had 2 young children with me, they had a blast and didn't want to leave!!!!

Great place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/15/06
The staff is very helpful and friendly. My daughter had a birhtday party there, we needed extra towels and blankets. They brought the extra things to the room and joined in signing happy birhtday to my daughter. The pool and spa are wonderful as well. There is enough room in both that you dont feel crowded when other guest are in with you.

FREE DRINKS AND FREE BREAKFAST TOO!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/20/05
My wife and I stayed one night. We found out that from 5-7pm they have a free open bar. Then they offer free breakfast. Both made our stay perfect along with their large swimming pool and hot tub and a soft but firm perfect mattress to sleep on. We will be staying here again.

Great extras at this hotel!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/05/05
Got a great deal on a room at this hotel. Rom was clean and large. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was one of the largest I've seen. Free breakfast included Belgian waffles, and there was a happy hour from 5 - 7 p.m. with unlimited drinks! Best deal ever!!
