Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kelly's Pub had great food, and the breakfast on the top floor was something else ! Would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel, my room had a beautiful view of the skyline. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was nice. I recomend this hotel for anyone. Especially if your in town for the reds or bengals.

great place to stay
By TED, 04/03/08
we travel and stay in various places radisson is becoming our family favoite because it seems you can expect a great place clean beds and great service we ate at the restaurant on the top floor and my kids realy enjoyed it we have not ever been to a restaurant the turns so we thought we would splurge but it turned out to be very reasonable but it is a very classy place it would be great for romance the room we stayed in was a two bed room and we did not know that it would not have a fridge or microwave like the web site says so we will ask next time before we book as those are things that come in handy we had to park out side the parking deck is being remodeled as the rest of the hotel has been it is realy nice very relaxing great pool and gym we are already looking forward to our next stay at a radisson and the beds are select comfort beds the view is great is within walking of sevral places to eat and the historic downtown covington area is only a few blocks south of the hotel and it is located between the off and on ramps of interstate so it would be hard to get lost looking for hotel

It was very nice.
By Hazard, 08/11/07
The hotel view was absolutely beautiful during the evening. The restaurant above was very nice and the staff there was also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the small town of Covington. We walked in the evening to the Main Strauss Village. We really enjoy a wonderful place called, Chez Nora, very friendly, elegant, and the food absolutely delightful. My husband and I plan to visit Chez Nora on a regular since we had such a wonderful time. The owners of Chez Nora make you feel right at home. Great weekend.

Absolute Failure
By JordanM, 07/10/07
My family and I had stayed in this hotel before and did not have a problem so that is why we decided to stay there on July 5th. We did not have a res. but we were told that they had a double room for my family. We sent our teens upstairs and we followed with the suit cases only to find the room was a single. I went back downstairs (on crutches) to get that fixed. They typed a little on the computer gave us a different key and sent us upstairs again. We opened the door to find a room that had just been checked out of and was not cleaned at all. I went downstairs again and was apologized to and the man behind the desk asked us to wait so he could make sure the room was ready personally. He gave us a certificate for free breakfast the next morning. We had also paid for an extra 10 for a city view but only seen the highway unless you leaned dangerously over the balcony. My family and I are planning on visiting the area again this year and you can bet we will never stay here again!

Noisy, Lousy Internet Service
By Paul, 12/31/06
I was on the 6th floor facing the freeway and all I could hear was cars driving by. If you stay here, try to get a room facing away from the freeway. The wireless internet they had would not let me use my VPN software so was not useful for getting to my work. Two other hotels I tried that week worked just fine.

Delightful, clean, one-of-a-kind
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/02/06
Hotel was clean, round shape was easy to spot from the highway. Local bus stops at hotel and goes to Begals Statium and downtown Cincy. The revolving resturant on the top floor provides unbeatable views. I will stay here again. Within a five minute walk is a German themed park with small resturants and shops.

OK But not impressed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/02/06
The hotel was shown on the net as being alot more up to date in the rooms. When we first arrived they took almost an hour after check in time before our room was even ready. When we checked in the first thing we noticed was that the carpet coming up in the middle of the floor. The arm chair had alot of wear and tear as well. When pulling back the covers to go to bed we also noticed small holes all along the bottom half of our blanket. The staff did not really talk to us at all again until we checked out. We also stayed on the side of the hotel near the bridge and you could hear some road noise. It was not an unpleasent stay but I don't think I would book there again. I personally do not see this as a 3 star hotel.
