I gotta say this hotel really was great! P.S. if you use SweetHotelDeals. Net for booking this hotel they usually have some pretty good hotel deals at this time of the year!

Best and Beautiful

This hotel is beautiful. The staff is awesome and the restaurant on site may be expensive but worth every penny. My room was extremely spacious----I got an upgrade due to points. It is a historical treasure.

Pool closed at 8PM. Lots of homeless people walking around just outside. Breakfast is not included for $100+ a night stay? Room was VERY small.

A Beautiful Disappointment

No free Wi-Fi No Breakfast. Unorganized during event days/game days. Abrasive staff. Room had water damage but was large. The building is beautiful. Great location.

We LOVED it!

The hotel is truly awesome! The decor is like a hollywood movie, only it's the real thing! We were enchanted by the atmosphere, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. Rooms were smallish but very comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Food was delicious. We'll definitely go back, and we recommend it highly.

Best Massage Ever!!

While on my business trip I seen massage therapy offered on the lower level of the carew tower at the gym and boy am I glad I did. I have never been so relaxed and I normally get a massage a week. So for me to be impressed is hard to do. I was able to book two appointments one with Mindy and one with Shayla (each amazing). I highly recommened getting one during your stay. It helps to make up the very small rooms and not so comfortable beds.

Bed Bugs, Dirty Vents and Dirty Glasses

Beautiful deco styling hides tiny, old rooms, dingy lighting and worse than all of that BED BUGS. There were at least 3 that I saw and picked up with my lint roller; dried blood on the sheets and duvet. The vent in the bathroom had dust hanging from the louvres. The water glasses were cloudy. Disgusting. Had to stand outside my door while my wife took various things I returned with and put them in plastic bags to send to cleaners, freeze or throw away to keep them from getting into my house.

Very small room

Great location. The hotel doesn't have snack machines at all, and there isn't a convenient store around. The room was very clean, but the bathroom and sleeping area was tiny. Not a very good value. I would stay in Northern Kentucky next time. Cheaper parking, bigger rooms, and possibly a great view of the city.

Hotel is resting on its 5 stars !

Wanted a quiet weekend getaway - beautiful hotel and bar - slow bar service - we were on the 20th floor - large corner room overlooking skating rink - but the party that was allowed to rage on until 5:30 am Sunday morning and the dried blood on the bath towels and wash cloths will make us look for another downtown hotel to stay in - hallways not kept clean

Expect for the bed bugs, everything was good

My first time in this hotel. The staff was great. The room was ok, bathroom could have been nicer. You can access many stores and restaurants without ever stepping foot out side. Everything was perfect until about 10:00 PM when my wife and I got ready to lie down. We pulled the sheets back and low and behold...several bugs of different sizes on our bed. I'm just thankful my wife decided to look at the sheets before we just jumped gun-ho in to the bed. B.T.W the bugs bite. The hotel offered a new room or another hotel but after that type of experience, you kind of just want to go home to you nice, warm, bug-free bed..you know!?!? They ended up giving us a free night at any other hilton hotel. Big Deal!!! I'm a diamond member with 250,000 points. Free nights are not hard to come by.
