I was at this hotel over A weekend for Buisiness because of that I had alot of down time. I thought Youngstown would be a drag, however with all of the entertainment venus under one roof I have to admit I had a really good time. They have a Martini Bar, Movies playing in the lobby, a GREAT night club (with alot of local folks there to tell you about the city and other things to do), I had a few really solid meals at their restaurant. And did I mention the Comedy Club They had a national act there during my stay...I haven't laughed that hard in years. anyway is this hotel perfect ,no, in fact it is in need of a good interior renovation, but bottom line I can just sleep in a brand new hotel anywhere. This is one of the only times I have been entertained.

Horrible Service!

I stayed at this Holiday inn as a service man on a convoy trip home to Maine. The dguy that was at the front desk had terrible poeple skills... not to mention that he double charged my credit card. When my wife called to resolve this she never got a call back the first time and the second time the man in the accounting office argured with her and talked doen to her. We had to have them contact our bank to get our money back... we still haven't. Horrible service- even to Service men!
