horrid place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/01/07
Well... for starters... When you flushed the toilet, it was so noisy that it sounded like police car sirens. The carpet was all stained up. The bedspreads looked like they couldn't be sold at a rummage sale.. There were stains on the ceilings. The hallways had a smell to them that I couldn't detect. Our room smelled so bad that I had to leave the window open. The lamp shades were dirty and yellowed. And the noise in the hallways went on into the early morning.. The only good thing about the place was they had a water slide in the pool area..

Worst night in years
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/11/06
This seemed like the ideal motel until the out of town basket ball team arrived after the game. At 10:30 p.m. I complained to the offenders. No help, at midnight I called the front desk (10-12 rings later)and complained about the noise. A terrible nights rest and a very poor start to a vacation. The help seemed not to care. We would not consoider staying at this motel again.

Excellent service and facilities!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/04/06
I stayed at Jamestown for a few days recently as part of a business trip, normally everything is booked via my company but because of last minute arrangements I had to quickly come up with scheduling. I turned to qualityinn simply because of location...however, Service staff at the front counter was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me with a lot of lastminute arrangments I had to make from getting a car to taking care of other personal and business issues I had. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well kept. The exercise room had sufficient equipment and was open at decent hours unlike some other hotels i've stayed at. The pool recreation facilities were a bonus! I would definitly go back when im in Jamestown!

Dakota Inn Jamestown ND
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/16/04
We reserved rooms for the volleyball tournment - 2 rooms 3 nights. Two days before we were to go I find out from our school that they have cancelled our rooms and we will just have to find one somewhere else. I never booked my rooms thru the school, I did so on my own. Then the manager proceeded to make up one story after the next as to why this happened. She could not even keep her story straight. She stated that it was the school who asked for us to cancel them. I had talked to the school and this was not true. We will never occupy a Dakota Inn anywhere again.
