WE WILL NEVER GO BACK

We stayed a total of three nights. First time my daughter locked herself out of the room so she took the do not disturb sign off of the door and put it in AND SHE GOT INTO OUR ROOM WITHOUT A KEY. The toilet would not flush so they moved us to another room and the door was opened without a key AGAIN. So they moved us AGAIN. We were in a total of FOUR rooms in a 24-hour period of time. The next time we went the General manager gave us a "FREE" room for one night. HOWEVER that room WAS NASTY! The beds were made up {you could tell they had already been slept in} with dirty bedding and trash on the floor food under T.V stand that you could see from the bed. A.C worked when and how it wanted to. Torn curtains, NASTY vent. The towels were STAINED VERY, VERY BAD!!! Left a note for the G.M to call me and it has been 3 days and still have not heard anything from him. Ordered breakfast got the order and was not what we ordered. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL!! We found one down the road 3 miles that is ALOT better and half the price with ALOT more SPACE!!
