a very comfortable stay!

I've had the pleasure of staying there several times, my family and I found the stay to be very comfortable and our rooms were great. We look forward to our next stay. However some of the staff could use a course on good customer service, but over all a nice stay.

Never again - go over the road instead

Internet is NOT wirelesss...the help people have no idea and can offer no helps as to why our new laptop wont connect, after working for 20 consecutive nights previously....and haady - ha working fine tonight (next night) 200 miles down the road. Also, dont expect a good nights sleep....the rooms suck air in and it makes a noise like a truck ALL NIGHT. Try it....open the door, Quiet. Close the door...yep DO NOT STAY HERE. Go to one of the numerous places over the road instead. I will NEVER....EVER ....stay at a quality inn again. Ever.

never want to stay again

The staff was very rude and very unprofessional.I would rather have stayed in the Super motel than stay their again. THe rooms were not clean. My room stunk. The overall customer service of the staff was bad.

Motel room were dirty. staff and dining room afraid to speak. I don't think they have used a vaccuum in a while. Needs new decor

Dirty rooms, closets and hallways. It feels clogged in the lobby and the whole place is pretty smelly. the staff was nice, however, and i guess its not too bad considering what you are paying for it.

no place to recuperate

This property was recommended by a local physician as a place to stay overnight after outpatient surgery nearby. We requested a nonsmoking room: certainly no one had smoked in it for at least an hour! The room smelled horrible. It was noisy due to both its proximity to the street and to the stairway. The drapes would not shut, only the sheers would. Thus, we were on view to numerous guests throughout the evening and night. Cigarette butts littered the property. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially those needing a clean, quiet place to recuperate from a surgical procedure.
