Never Again!!!
By joseph, 4/16/12
We have stayed here before but We won`t be back. We always stay for a week each time. We had problems every other day. The first day the coffee pot wouldn`t work and there wasn`t a alarm clock in our room. When I told the lady at the front desk about it, She acted like it was my fault. Not a word of apology, just where is the clock and why isn`t the coffee maker working? These things were corrected that day. The next day our room wasn`t cleaned or even entered that we could tell. The desk did offer to send some one up at 11 PM to vaccum. Our last full day there they left coffee for a multi cup pot and the one in our room is a single serve pot. It won`t work in our pot. We were never left shampoo or conditioner in our room other than what was there when we checked in. The elevators smelled like someone has been smoking cigars in them. I know they are re-modeling but that shouldn`t effect the room or service. I will stay at a different hotel in the future.

I Agree
By Olivia, 8/27/11
I was very very disappointed. I was sorry I prepaid!. No where to park half the time. They offer an underground garage to park at your own risk. No security no cameras. I would had paid more for something nicer on the Canadian side. Doors to the rooms looked like they had been broken into at one time or another. Soda machine on our floor was never fill the 3 days we were there. Elevators are old and very slow. Turn off our room keys after 2 days and we had to go back to the lobby to get new keys. I did not feel save here.

Stay away
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/13/11
This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in! My wife and I chose to stay here and were going to stay for 3 nights but decided to leave after 2. Our room was nasty! The carpet on the floors were stained and sticky. I took the comforters off the bed to walk on them instead. I think they need to update the photos they have online because the place looks nothing like them. Do yourself and favor and go stay in canada. The area on the american side is just as run down and depressing as this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!POISONOUS!!BLACK MOLD IN ROOMS!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/25/10
When we got to the hotel. The front desk had screwwed up our reservations instead of a kingsize bed in a smoking floor, we were given two queen size beds in a non smoking floor. But wait here's the best part, when we were checking in the clerk had gotten our hopes up and told my fiancee that theywould upgrade us for the inconveinience to a jacuzzi room. This was a false front to make up for the mistake and poor quality of service. Once we got up to the room is smelled like WET DOG, Pee, and MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! on further inspection we found black mold around the windows, the bathtub peeling and falling apart. Black mold in the bathroom above the shower. AFTER ONE NIGHT STAY BOTH MY FIANCEE AND I BECAME VIOLENTLY ILL. We requested a different room and we were told none were available. we called around to other hotels and nothing was available. We even made the mistake of eating at the denny's. We ordered a two soups hoping it would help with the illness we were feeling from the room. We were supposed to get a bread basket and fries. Instead we got burnt chicken soup, ( which was made known to us by the waitress who did not care that she was serving garbage) no bread basket and soggy (if not soaking wet fries, is was as if they had them cooking in cold water for two days). I have since returned fcrom that god awfull place and I am still suffering from a serve spore infection that was brought on by the mold in the hotel. The only thing that could make this place better is a wrecking ball and a demolition crew.. (BEWARE TO ANYONE WITH CHILDREN OR BREATHING PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

The hotel is a little old and in need of some updates,but....... the staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and even though we only ate there once the Dennys in the lobby was very conveinient.I tried to plan a trip in which i could park and walk for the weekend and this proved to be the perfect place...everything was well within walking distance !

Dirty
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/19/09
A second class hotel. The one benefit is that you'rte in walking distance to everything. The hallways smelled like pee-pee. If they shampooedn the carpets, maybe it would'nt be so bad. Even the good reviews complain about the uncleanliness of the place.
