Amazing Hotel, Service killed The magic
When i stepped into the hotel room, i was completely amazed. I loved the room. Everything about my junior suite was unbelivable. The bed was huge and amazing, the kitchen was very small but it was good enough because the city view made my day. Im planing to stay again at this gorgeous hotel but the service wasnt that great. The first full day i was there, during the night i was accused of burning the mattress just because they saw that i had used candles and it wasnt aloud. I didnt burn that 400 dollar mattress because i had 2 candles and they werent anywhere close to the mattress, the pm manager realized that i didnt do it after accusing me. She rewarded my patience with free breakfast, which i thought was very nice but still didnt make up the fact that they didnt even ask if i did it. I tried to order movies and it wouldnt work. i was charged for an extra movie. They told me that i was going to get a call to my room when my shuttle to the airport arrived but i never received one. Overall the hotel itself was incredible but the service could have been better. I would still stay there again, just because for the prize that i payed 830 for 3 nights, the hotel was amazing, i seriously give it 4 stars, and ive been in a few hotels in NYC.
