Courtyard Lake Placid, Lake Placid

I found the place very small, parking was a nightmare, the pool was designed for munchkins or kids only, the two spas none of the jets worked, cleanliness towels and garbage all over when we went for a swim. plently of used towels but no clean towels for pool. We got to our rooom and had to call management to have them come and vaccuum the leftover toe nail clippings someone previously had left in the room. i found the price of this hotel way to high if it was me there is an econo lodge down the road for half the price and comfy rooms just doesnt have the marriott name.

One of the nicest Courtyard's I have stayed in - comfortable beds, nice pool area, restaurant, bar area. However, picture is not this hotel.

New, clean, great service, quiet nice relaxing bar/lobby area. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. We really like the rroms with the fireplace, nice for winter nights. We've stayed here a few times and always had good luck.

The place in the picture is NOT the Lake Placid Lodge. Try going to the actual website. It is a Relais and Chateau...expensive but worth every penny. People wait on you hand and foot, are ALWAYS polite and courteous and you will NEVER get a room for $119.00 per night! Check your facts before you start bad-mouthing a place!!!
