My wife and I spent our wedding night in room 104 on Sept. 17 2011. When we arrived at 9.30 pm we noticed alot of noise in the parking lot. At 10.20 pm when we were trying to go to sleep from a busy day, we both felt the walls rocking from someone playing rap music. The boom boom evan rocked the pillows in the bed. I called the office and asked where the noise was comming from. The desk said they had a D.J. playing until 11.oo pm. I asked for them to turn it down , there was no change evan after a secound call to the desk. Finally at 11.00 the rap music stoped then all the drunks spilled out into the parking lot screaming and yelling. The next morning I was wellcome with a pile of vomite outside my door as we were leaveing. So much for a relaxing wedding night after a busy day day.

Convenient and easy to get too

I was not familiar with the area and paid $35 from the Subway "A" (Rockaway,Queens) to the hotel. Once at the hotel, found out The Long Island Rail is right behind the hotel, take train to Jamaica Station and you have access to everywhere. Easy to get too if your arriving from JFK and if you want to go to NYC. Ask for directions if not sure where to go. The surround area is nice but not much too do. There is a movie theater a few blocks away. The service is average, plus they have a laundry machine and dryer in the basement.I would stay here again.
