Days Inn Batavia Darien Lake Theme Park, Batavia

This hotel was the worst place we've ever stayed. First of all, there are no locks on the side doors entering the hotel so pretty much anyone can walk in. During the night, my husband kept getting bit by bugs, not sure what they were but at one point, he jumped out of bed because there was a beetle on him. We would have left the hotel at that point but there were no other hotels with rooms available so we were stuck. We will never stay here again, we would rather sleep in our car.

The rooms smell, there is hair in the sheets (slept on top of sheets), the showers look like they are never cleaned (we had to shower with flip flops on), the floors are dirty, the breakfast room is run down and disgusting, staff is old and grumpy. THe worst hotel i've ever stayed at in my life!

the people over there are very greedy and the workers are awful and dirty. bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad.

First, the easy access from the I-90 made the trip so enjoyable. I am awful with directions and to be able to find my hotel by making a simple left from the tollbooth, made it so relaxing not to be lost. Second, the staff right from the beginning was so friendly and courteous. The front desk manager and the entire staff made sure I had a great night and catered to my requests. Upon entering the room, it was so clean and friendly, it was nice to be able to stay in a place where I felt welcome and clean. There was nothing on the rug, a sparkling bathroom, they certainly know how to hire their staff members. I do not know why anyone would choose a different hotel, this is the place to go for a great night's stay, Batavia Days Inn.

Good rates and good rooms. Nice breakfast, Pool was good for the kids. Nice truckers rate.

Disgusting...rooms smelled...old hotel...I think next time I'll pay the extra money and stay at a better hotel...
