overpriced and subject to glitches

We have stayed twice at this hotel, the last time in 2005.
The first time we stayed there was a power failure, not the hotel's fault, admittedly.
The second time we stayed, there was a problem with the key cards, and we could not get into our room! (after 7 hours on the road). It took a while for this to be resolved but we did finally manage to go to bed.
Although the staff were doing their best, the hotel is definitely not worth the $132+ room rate - I would expect a pretty fancy hotel for this, but it really was no better than an average price hotel, and worse than some. We stayed at the Hampton Inn last time and it was tons better and also less expensive.
The biggest advantage was that it was right next to RIT, where 2 of our children are attending college.
However, even with this advantage, we will not be returning.
