BEST WESTERN Mission Inn, Las Cruces

The decor of the room was nice. The bathroom was just OK. The antique room air conditioner was so noisey it could not be used and sleep at the same time. Guests on either side stood outside our room and talked until 1:30 AM. My wife wet out to shoo them away. The management did nothing. We should have called the desk to complain!! The breakfast was a very simple joice of three items on the restaurant menu without joice. We had coffee, scrambled eggs and toast, mediocre in quality.

Price w/coupon was very reasonable.Very clean attractive room--bed linens were spotless.The employees were very friendly and anxious to please..The dining room was not open on Mondays or Tuesdays but open 7 days a week for breakfast.We had several brakfasts to choose from.Food and service was excellent.

first to start off with managment is great i go there once a month i realy enjoy staying great locaction great price and the breackfast is great , everything was outstanding cant wait to go back

I really enjoyed my one night stay at this Best Western Hotel. I liked that it was located away from the other hotels. The check in was quick. The room was huge--I had a king sized bed. The decor was resort-like, beautiful southwestern style tile and furniture, a large bathroom,vanity, fridge and microwave that was separated from the sleeping area. The room was clean and very comfortable. I had no problems with the free wireless internet. I enjoyed the dinner from the restaurant, and the free breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again. My only complaint, which I don't know if the hotel can enforce, is minor. This Best Western allows pets, and there are a lot of grassy areas to exercise and potty your pets. But there was a lot of dog waste on the grounds. I wish there were signs posted to clean up after pets!

Quaint charm, clean and comfortable. Have stayed twice -- the second time was during freshman registration and move-in in the fall. The breakfast service was terrible -- slow, waitresses disappeared, etc. Food, when it came, was good. Will still return again because of the comfort and value.

This hotel is unique. The decor is like a Mexican casita. The rooms are big, we stayed in a room with two queen beds. There was a huge southwestern style chest of drawers for the clothes and still plenty of room to move around. This was not a suite and yet there was a microwave and small fridge, what a treat. The only problem we encountered is the sewer smell after the lawn was watered. I will definately stay again.

we liked the breakfast. at three o'clock and 4 o'clock in the am we were awakened by the loud sound of a train whistle from across the street. need a better location for this hotel. the employees were very cordial and warm. best pancakes i've eaten in years. kudo's to the kitchen help. dennis and maila gale ocala florida

Room and bath are both very spacious. Nice landscaping. Quiet. Friendly staff. New menu in restaurant includes stuff you actually want to eat when you've been traveling and don't feel like going further for a meal; food is good, well presented, and reasonably priced. Location on Main St is convenient to University, Old Mesilla, Downtown Las Cruces, 2 interstates. Only quibble would be one lamp placed over/between 2 beds isn't adequate for reading; need a lamp extending over each bed.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now for one and two day stays while in town for business. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. The bar is great and the restautrant is decent. It is very accessable to all roads and the staff is friendly. I can stay on expenses anywhere in the city, but I don't feel ripped off here like I do at other higher visable locations. Has a pool too.

I loved the lobby. It was recently redone, as were all the rooms with a Mexican- Southwest flavor. The Mission Inn gave great service, a very helpfull staff and I loved the new library area in the bar. The location is great.
