Will Never Go BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hardest beds I have ever slept on. Kindly asked the front desk for more pillows since I have a neck injury, THEY WERE OUT OF PILLOWS FOR 2 NIGHTS and each time got a sarcastic answer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

well the tv was very old and beat up and the beds werelumpy you could feel the springs.and the room was not real clean over all very out dated.would have been fine in 1976

the worst

dirty, people throwing up on the sidewalk, AC didn't work properly and I called... The girl actually said..."shut it off"... 96 degrees at 10 PM... had to leave door open, dirty carpet, police showed up downstairs for a half hour, no ice in the machine, The lady said "there should be" Key word is "should"... this place is a dump.... avoid it ... sleep at a rest stop... better accomodations and probably friendlier people.

WARNING!!! BED BUGS!!!

Room 101, 103 and 107 all occupants were bitten by bugs. The occupant in 107 actually found bed bugs she took to the front desk and showed the desk clerk. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This hotel should be removed from any recommendation list in Albuquerque since it is being allowed by it's owners to become unhealthy.
