And this is why... Check in was HIGHLY disorganized and time consuming. The Appearance of the Hotel: The condition of the hotel was very poor. Air conditioners didn't work, there were rust stains all over the walls and ceilings, and the banquet room looked very beat up. The over all appearance of the hotel inside and out was run down and beat up looking. Saturday morning as I was waiting in the lobby getting ready to leave, a cockroach the size of a bottle cap ran across the floor. The Staff: Disorganized and unprofessional. The man at the front desk was slow and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was very confused and unsure of how to fix issues properly. I've traveled to many places and stayed at many hotels and this is the first time I made a mistake booking a hotel stay via online. So, please read this email so you don't make the same mistake.

Even though I was not a priority club member, this hotel treated me as though I was a gold member. The staff, amenitites etc, were just great. Very friendly, and very nice people. I am happy to recommend this hotel.
