Air conditioners didn't work, there were rust stains all over the walls and ceilings, and the banquet room looked very beat up. The over all appearance of the hotel inside and out was run down and beat up looking. The man at the front desk was slow and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was very confused and unsure of how to fix issues properly.
