Clarion Hotel Palmer Inn is located approximately two miles from Princeton University and 40 miles from Newark International Airport and Philadelphia International Airport. Friendly and Comfortable

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to helps us get to a few of our destinations. the shuttle was great service was great and also the complimentry breakfest. the rooms were very nice and comfortable, almost everything was new in the rooms also. they were somewhat unreliable, it said they had a computer...which they did but it didn't work, and the security wasn't very good either. it was close to everything:food shopping the university.
 
 
 
 
 
Wouldn't go back

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. It was convenient to the place of the conference and they provided a shuttle service. That was great! However the front desk personnel weren't very knowledgeable. And they weren't very helpful. I checked in and the guy forgot to give me a key to my room. There was no restaurant as stated in their ad. The place was very gloomy. The worst part was there was NO security. I did not feel safe. Many people changed hotels because of this and many other reasons. There were several doors to get into the place which had the capability of being locked so you had to use your room key to enter the building. However, none of the doors were locked. It was very unsafe for a female traveling alone. They advertised an exercise room. Well nothing in it worked. I do have to say my room was always clean. But I would NEVER choose this hotel again.
 
 
 
 
 
excellent room and staff

I liked this place so much because it was very close to the university and everything was updated in the rooms "brand new". Also there was a micro and fridge in the room. Also the staff at the time was very helpful the Manager Jamie and supervisor john knew exactly where the perfect restraunt was and were very helpful with directions. This hotel was also located in the perfect place my wife and I were impressed and will be coming back.

Cheerful room with updated furnishings, carpet. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. TV/cable available, internet jack, reasonably priced, courteous and knowledgeable staff was on site. Location was central to events in town and not far from Universities, shopping and entertainment venues.
