Best Western Bordentown Inn, Bordentown

There was a mix up in our bill and when I called to address it with the manager, all I received was attitude. I did not appreciate being treated like an idiot and we will never stay there again.

This was one of the worst experiences of our life. We checked in at 2pm, went to the beach, came back at 5pm to find the " HEATED POOL" was 69 degrees and that is also the temp of the hottub. The steam rooms did not work, the exercise equipment is in shambles, then the cable goes out. at this point we decided to leave. Went to check out expecting full refund and was informed I would get NOTHING. I spoke with the manager who told me cable was out in the whole area and it was not in there control, she also informed my when I told her I would dispute the charge with Amex that they contacted Amex and charge was approved, But when I called Amex they said that never happened. We then went down the road 1/2 mile to the Hampton Inn ( beautiful hotel) and guess what there cable worked. All in all I have found it best NEVER TO STAY IN A BEST WESTERN AS THEY ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND CORPORATE WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very neat. Location is great right on 206 close to food places and block from highway. Only problem was cable went down which is out of their controll but they were fast to get it fixed. I recommend it to anyone.

Stayed just for one night. The room smell like smoke even though it was a no smoking room. There were ants all over the place and hair in the shower. Will NEVER stay there again.

The rooms were fine especially since there is a micro and fridge in every room. They were a good size the continental breakfast was more than I anticipated. However, the pool is a problem.We got there checked in and 10 min later we hit the indoor pool. It is a Smooth finish pool that is VERY slippery. I got in and slipped and ripped a tendon in my knee! We then went to the hottub and it was cold. We asked the front desk about it when we reported the injury and they said that they keep the hot tub the same temperature as the pool. I personally thinks that defeats the purpose of a hot tub. Other than that everything was fine. It suited our purpose. Would we stay there again? Maybe just would NOT use the pool would not even go NEAR it!

Clean and comfortable, and a good sized place. Right off the turnpike, makes it quite accessable. most places like this one are twice the price. i"ll be back

Staying for 5 nights in summer of 2005, we came home to a clean room. And woke up every morning able to go to a continental breakfast which was no ordinary continental breakfast with 3 different cereals and 3 different juices along with a variety of many other things. the cost was also very low for as much fun as we had. We already made plans to stay even longer with them this summer.

Spoke to a woman and a gentleman on the phown about possibly blocking off some rooms for my wedding I said about 25-40. They were so unhelpful, rude, and not willing to work with anything I said. Not to mention I was put on hold for a total of 5 minutes before I even got to ask any questions. You would think they would have more respect for someone who planned on bringing in a lot of business.
