Good customer service. The room was clean. Comfortable. The breakfast was the best! A real meal bagels, waffles, muffins, fruit, juice,milk, cereal, toast, english muffins,eggs,sasuage, coffee. Wow!

My family stayed here for 1 night; we reserved 2 king rooms online. Check-in was hassle-free, the rooms were very clean and quiet, and the kids liked the pool. The man working at the front desk the night we stayed was also very helpful and personable. The free breakfast was good. We would stay here again, we found this hotel offered everything we needed for a one night stay.

Rooms were fairly clean, dated lamps and bathroom was very dated. Cheap rates and right off highway is great. Quiet room. Would stay again if in the area.

Nice place to stay if you have pets

The inn provides pet-friendly rooms as well as a place for your pet to use the restroom. Also, if your pet happens to go #2 and you don't have a bag, there are bags provided. As for the rest of the inn, the rooms are equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge. This comes in handy if you happen to go out and eat and would like to eat your meal later in the night perhaps. The pool and hot tub were clean, both were also at the right temperature. The beds and pillows are comfortable and cozy. The breakfast included basic foods such as cereal, toast, bagels, and oatmeal. There is an opportunity to make your own waffle(s) and there are also yummy muffins. I would have liked to have tea to drink but, the only hot beverage besides hot chocolate was coffee. Overall the breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and eager to help you if you are in need of something. The inn is right off of I-93 and is close to restaurants and shopping opportunities too. The noise level of traffic is minimal.

Never Again!

This establishment represents the heighth of incompetence and duplicity. During my 2&1/2 wk stay during the primaries this year..... 1) No hot water(in Jan.)for 4days. 2) Desk staff were so unknowledgable the y could'nt even direct me to nearest conveinence store, which turnd out to be 300yds away. 3) Key cards failed allow access to my room on aregular basis. 4)Vending & ice machines are inoperable. 5)Continental brekfast is searoily inedible. 6)After quoting me $79.99 pr. nt. for my entire stay, non-chalantly billed me $139.99 pr. nt. from 1st-9th as if this is normal.

Ruthless Management

My wife and I booked months ahead for a room using my credit card for our fly drive New England Fall holiday in 2006 . Our booking was acknowledged and accepted then. So, we arrived that night on 7 Oct at around 2035. We would have also notified them of our late checking in when we first booked. The manager on duty told us that there was a problem with our card and hence our booking was cancelled! It was a shock since everywhere else within 80 km or so was full and it was night time too. Other motels/hotels that we had booked in advance using the same credit card had informed us that they would NEVER have cancelled our booking and would only deduct the amount due later next day should we not turn up. We had given our names, addresses and contact details when we booked online. We came all the way from UK for a holiday of a lifetime and had NO WHERE indoors warm to sleep for that frosty, cold night. We complained in writing to the CEO/President of Days Inn Worldwide Inc but had NO REPLY from him, not even an apology. So, travellers, beware of this sharp, ruthless practice of Days Inn in Concord It may well happen to you and leave you mercilessly stranded. I hate to publicise this but it was a truly SHOCKING experience that had spoiled our enjoyment.
