La Quinta Inn Reno, Reno

I stayed here because I was traveling with pets. I woke up the next morning and thought that my pet was having a medical emergency. The gal at the front desk was not only a calming influence, but patiently helped me find a local vet. Also, when I checked in I thought that I had registered for the online price rate, and hadn't, but they gave it to me any way. Rooms were very clean. I had a room facing the back, which is near a postal office, but it was not noisy at all. Also, got very helpful suggestions and directions on where to go for food and entertainment. The service alone is worth staying here, but it is also safe and quiet and close to the new casino/resort. High marks!!

Thank you for a very pleasant stay! I walk with a cane and asked for a first floor room...was given a handicapped accessible room which was great! Very helpful for me...I'll know to ask for type of room again. Nice breakfast with many items to choose from. Great rate from Yahoo travel compared to others who booked a year in advance for the Hot August Nights festival. The only other thing I might have liked was a small refridgerator, but the ice machine was near enough. Thank you
