77 reviews for Four Queens Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas
Will gladly return
By Tim, 02/09/10
Stayed in Vegas-Henderson at several different resorts-casinos, both high and low end. Have always wanted to try downtown. Looked on-line at all hotel-casinos read the reviews and was very tempted to just stay at Green Valley again. Freinds talked us to stay at Four Queens with them. What a blast we had. Rooms are clean, can win at casino, food is decent and drinks are easy to get. Making plans for this spring and will stay at Four Queens again. Downtown may not be for everyone but who wants to party with stuck-in-the-mud yuppies anyway, lighten up and enjoy life.

Great place to stay
By The Schnoz, 01/31/10
Employees were wonderful, helpful, and quite courteous. 1st time i stayed in downtown and was impressed with this hotel. Quick check-in and got me in early too. Everything in D-town is very close with minimal walking distance, including a McDonalds (if you want a quick bite to eat), Walgreens, and bus stop to the strip. Only 1 problem-my room in the north tower was very hot. Was explained to me that n. tower does have heating-cooling issues. I was promptly changed to a room in the s. tower. Otherwise, rooms were clean with plenty of towels, hot water, and comfortable bed.

Worst time ever on old town strip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/18/09
I just got back from Fremont Street stay in Las Vegas Four Queens Hotel. The stay was the worse experience of over 30 years of visiting Las Vegas. Got a room on the ninth floor. My first night sleeping was irritable; trouble sleeping, had white tee shirt and long pants. Got up around noon and discovered bedbug bites hurting on right and left arm. Got worse as day and evening went on. By night end found that I was bitten 16 times, on two arms, the face and the neck. Complained to front desk, signed a report and was given a new room with upgrade to the sixth floor. The lady at the front desk said the new room would be clean. I said that I would not sleep on the ninth floor again. Got an upgrade on the sixth floor. Second night sleep, slept with a long sleeve shirt and long pants. Woke up and found that I was bitten 4 more times on face . Just could not believe this, so I just let it go. Third night sleeping and got bitten another 2 more bites on left hand and they were very bad bites. Now I know why both Binion's and Four Queens Hotel Casino; owned by TLC Casino Enterprises Inc., needs to be closed down and both building demolished. Got home with some lose of vision. Will have to go to the emergency clinic in the morning and see if I do not have any permanent damage to the hands, arms, face and neck with 20 severe bites.

Counting the days til our return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/28/09
The last few times we have stayed in Vegas, we have made the Four Queens our home base. I can not say enough about the staff, they are courteous and polite and go out of their way to assist you. The rooms are a fantastic deal for the price and are clean. They don't offer the glitz of the strip, so if you are looking for that kind of opulence - get your bankroll out. The Freemont Experience and the entire atmosphere of downtown Vegas still offers a glimpse of Vegas Past. I give the Four Queens - 2 thumbs up

Never Going Back
By Anne, 09/27/09
It's true that the rooms are adequate and old. I booked through vegas.com and got a room on the side where the light show is and it's LOUD it sucks for any light sleepers or early birds. The room smelled old and smokey, you won't find very clean rooms here. My arrival was late at night and the gambling crowd were not elderly or caucasian as appears in their hotel photos but younger and thuggish in appearance. The entry way into the room was actually sloped and the hallway smelled like something died on my second nights stay. You were warned!!

great value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/01/09
We stayed at the Four Queens for two nights. The check-in clerk was very helpful even letting us check-in early. The bellman went out of his way to be helpful by going to the parking garage for our luggage since my husband was in a wheelchair. The room was clean and had plenty of room for getting around in a wheelchair. The air conditioner worked great and the beds were comfortable. All the employees that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We would definitly stay there again.

going to go back in a couple of months
By lovelyunicornmaiden, 08/17/09
The service was great! The employees were smiling and curteous. I had a room in the north tower. It was clean but a bit cluttered with furniture. the plasma tv was nice. I am a diabetic and was in need of a refrigerator for my insulin. Upon check in I notified the front desk agent and one was brought to my room within 10 minutes of check in at no charge! The coffe maker was a plus also. Restaurants were good. I have stayed on the strip on my previous trips but the 4 Queens and The Fremont street experience has been the best! As for visiting the strip the Duece was great with a 24 hour pass. I would absolutely recommend the 4Queens without a doubt to anyone!

Very Nice Experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/26/09
What a great hotel to stay in during your stay in Vegas. The strip hotels are nice but the real experience of Las Vegas is here. Rooms very nice and staff provided excellent customer service. No complaints here!!!

Great value, great fun
By Justa G, 02/10/09
"A Yahoo Contributor" on 1-9-09 obviously has issues. I have stayed at Four Queens many, many times and have been 100% satisfied every visit. The rooms are clean (albeit a bit basic), quiet and comfortable. The casino is perfect for low stakes gamblers and those of us who already lived "la vida loca" in our 20's, 30's and 40's. If you want clubbing, hot babes, themes and lot's of flash, then by all means, go to the strip. Otherwise, downtown is the place to be and 4Q will fit the bill for a place to lay your weary head.
