Andrea and the staff were simly great. Every detail was taken care of. I had so many questions, but they all were answered completely. The package included everything including photos by MIR IMage Photography. They took so many wonderful posses and the colors were great. The siloette shots were the best. Thank you all so much for making us feel so special I Very much recommend this wedding chapel. Andrea, Stan and Christina where great!!!! Keep this team together!!!

We had our wedding there and my family loved the chapel and the staff. The package included every thing we needed. and it was very affordable. The phographer was fantastic and the coordinator I wanted to bring home with me. The gentleman who took our photos was a true professional. we cant wait to see our photos. The chapel was not just a chapel it was more like a true church. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. I will be recomending the chapel of the sierra to everyone i know. Thank you so much for making our day so special.

My husband and I got married in April and we had the best experience we could imagine. The chapel manager Andrea was very attentive to our needs, specially when we were so stressed out over making sure everything was done, she sat us at ease and calmed our nerves by addressing all our needs. Also, Stan from the Mir Image Photography was a delight. He took more pictures than I thought he would which gave us more choices. He was completely professional throughout the whole experience. We were very surprised at the quality and professionalism we got with our photos, we were not expecting it to be such high quality. Even after the wedding while our hearts were racing and we were anxious, Stan set us at ease and made us feel very comfortable and we were very happy with the outcome and the whole experience. We would recommend the Chapel and Mir Image Photography to anyone and everyone we know. Thanks Andrea and Stan for a great experience and we will cherish the memories for a lifetime.

we shopped around for the best wedding chapel to get married in . The Sierra chapel located at the Circus hotel in Reno is the best. The minister coordinator and the Photographer was fantastic. The Photographer from Mir Image photgraphy named Stan was the most professional I have ever witnessed. He was very thorough covering all of our needs and disires. He provided us complete coverage for a very affordable price built into the package for the entire wedding

My husband and I got married on May 21 2011. The wedding Chapel is the best in reno Andrea the wedding coordinator nad the staff were great. The photographer, and the assitant were very professional. The ceremony was great. The ceremony was special and the employees treated us like we were the only ones getting married that day. The photo session was fun and classy we cant hardly wait for the images to be posted

We recently had a wediing at the chapel . The service was fantastic. Andrea and Stan from Mir Image Photography made it perfect. The pictures were great . Stan made the private poses fun. They took so many it will be hard to choose from. I will be recomending the photographer for a family photos that we will be back in reno for. Please know that all of the ammentities were great

ALL BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!! I was recently married at the Chapel inside Circus Circus and I was very happy with everything except for the photographer. This man was like a car salesman on the day of our wedding. I had prepaid two months ahead of time for the package that I choose and on the day of our wedding he had beat my new husband down so much that the next day we found ourselves paying so much more money for photos that we didn't want all along not knowing that it voided out our original package. We were extremely disappointed with this man! He was over the top rude to our guest hit on my new sister in law by brushing her hair away from her beast area three times and after our guess went up to our suite for some parting he asked my husband "if his sister was single?" "she looks like a lot of fun", and all this was on our wedding video that he made. Not only was I upset that all that is on my dvd my sister in law was horrified and felt violated. I would like to say the the wedding coordinator Andrea was fabulous and made our day very special! I feel for the brides out there, because to be married at this chapel you either have to have no photos of your special day or you can have the one and only photographer they have, they do NOT allow any other photographer in the chapel. I am hoping after how rude this man was to us that Circus Circus will have other options for photographer other then Stan.

“the maid will steal from you & they don't care!” Circus Circus Hotel and Casino-Reno scrabblegoddess Grass Valley, CAWent for 2 nites over 1st weekend of Hot August Nights. I had notifed them I was disabled, but still got a room in the newer Sky Tower, which was a monorail ride away and was at the end of the hall. Bad idea. Check-in lines were over 45 min. long, with no accomodations for the disabled. I was able to arrange for a different room in the North Tower, but had to pay a $20/nite premium for a room above the 8th floor. Loved the view of the parking garage...well worth $40 extra. haha. Only. Not. I unfortunately left my primary handbag (I use a smaller one in the casino for convenience) in the drawer of the nightstand when we left. I called when we got home and security did have the purse -- a Calif. driver's license and assorted credit cards were in my wallet. Yet they didn't even attempt to contact me to let me know they had my bag. The best part? I had $240 in that wallet, which magically disappeared somehow. I eventually spoke to a risk management person who said, after their investigation had proved inconclusive, that she would comp me 2 nites at the hotel. Fat Chance. That doesn't buy groceries. So I spoke to her boss. Basically, after he rattled off his pre-written, memorized spiel, I was told I was out of luck. Too bad, Lady. We are Not Responsible. The bag had been mailed back to me - and I had received it before speaking to him. As I told him, everything in my wallet was topsy-turvy. Credit cards were scattered all over in different places, my check-cashing card was underneath my driver's license (where I never put it), but all my coins were still in the right place. Yippee. Someone had obviously rifled through my wallet. And had swiped the 2 $100 bills and the $20 bills. But all the employees were innocent? I suggested to the risk management guy that, if I wanted to intentionally rip off the hotel for theft, I would have claimed there was a much larger sum of money stolen. I just wanted my $240, so I could pay my bills. I'm on a fixed disability income, and that $240 is no small part of my monthly budget. His concern was as fake as it gets. Do not ever stay here. They don't care about you. They only want your money -- however they can get it. Another thing: the hotel is old and dark and dingy. They've made attempts at updating, but it's like putting lipstick on a water buffalo.

The rooms were reasonable. When we arrived to our room, I requested a different room with a view of the city. They said sure, $20 more dollars (same type of room). There was a refrigerator in the 1st room but not the second. When I asked for a refrigerator, they said, sure, $5 more dollars.
